"On the chairs..."

Mikhail Parshikov
makes drawings continually, working simultaneously with several Series
in tecnique of "unique graphics". As main materials he uses gouache, tempera
or aclilic on paper or carboard.
The artists
often calls his art pieces as "ironical drawings", explaining, that each
produced
art work
begins to live by its own life. It becomes the object of spectators' perception
and interpretation.
So, the
authors' treatment remains only as one possible among many others.
The particular
art work starts new relations with its creator, provoking him for making
new drawings.
Series "On
the chairs" is one of his favourite. It contains both old works dated 1993
or 1994, as well as very new art work making just recently in 2000. |
