Hello, I am a new user to Panzar and am really enjoying it. So much that I decided to spend some money on this F2P game. I purchased 200 Crystals via PayPal and they were received promptly. I went to convert what I thought was ONE Crystal into X amount of "gold". Lo and behold, I had misunderstood the conversion menu and accidentally turned 199 of my Crystals into X gold, leaving ONE Crystal. I was amused. I'm hoping some tech staff would be so kind as to fix this laughable mistake for a new user who is enjoying his experience so far.

Woops, looks like you got a bit excited with the slider indeed. While this is something not really caused by a game issue, please contact our customer support directly by email and they'll see what can be done. Same goes for any help requests outside tech stuff, always better to email directly.
