I play this game on my 24" monitor with a AMD 7970 GPU, yet for some reason he game refuses to run in 1920 x 1080 properly

When I run the game in full screen 1920 x 1080, there is a black border of around 3cm all around the gameplay window, when I run the game with full screen turned off it uses all the screen except for the border around the window which is really annoying. If you could remove the border around the window when full screen is off, that would work fine, or just fix the resolution to use the screen as it should
