I finally got an answer for you.

Panzar Studio has checked together with Sxolla.

This is the one that is the real problem. 123746186

What happen:
1) you mad transaction for 50 crystals
2) it was deducted from your account
3) you got error resulting in a "on hold" situation
4) you use "go back" button in you internet explorer software
5) you mad new transaction for 125 crystals
6) because you used "go back" button the 125 have the same transaction ID in the system
7) You money is still on hold at Sxolla.

Sollution:
1) go to http://www.panzar.com
2) try to add crystals again so you get DISPLAY of payment page
3) open new web tab page and go to http://help.xsolla.com/
4) choose webchat
5) Say that you want you money back for pending transaction 123746186
6) Sxolla will help you for the next steps.

It took ages but the issue was finally resolved and i got my money back. Just wanted to publicly thank the support staff for all their help
