I just decided to start playing Panzar again, but when I reinstalled the game, none of my characters showed up. When I log into my account on the website, I am able to see all of my characters. How should I fix this?

Did you download from steam?

Haven't you, by mistake, downloaded Russian client?

Provide me with a char name and I'll check the database to see where you are.

I downloaded it from the english website both times.

Pedo Corp
Pedosz
1337 Pedo

Also, when I log into Panzar.com, I see all of my characters, but when I log into Panzar.us, I only see my new character.

I redownloaded the client from Panzar.com and it worked. Thanks for the help guys.

Hi,

So I checked and like you say you are on EU with those chars.

Steam, Panzar RU, Panzar EU, Panzar US are separated for player management, tournaments and chat. Only Public games are merged.

This means, Steam = 1 account
Panzar RU = 2nd account
Panzar EU = 3th account
Panzar US = 4th account

If you installed any of the clients they are standard located on 2 locations (if you didn't change it)
c:\games\Panzar
Or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Panzar

This will only work for the website download or torrent downloads. I do not know what happens to steam client if you do this.

This procedure will change any website download into connection with EU server even if you installed a RU client or US client if you do this you client should connect to EU

1) Do NOT delete c:\games\panzar
2) Download this zip file [url]: http://myaccount.dropsend.com/file/16028660a1234907[/url]
3) EXTRACT the files into c:\games\panzar\
4) You must get question to overwrite -> YES OVERWRITE
5) Start you Panzar Client and logon with your EU user and password.
