Steam support says the payment went through on their end and to contact the Panzar support team. The live support chat on Panzar.com is Xsolla who cannot help with payments made through Steam. What am I supposed to do?

Add you char name and add you xsolla transfer numbers (13 or 14 digit number that is written on bill or confirmation email of the transaction). I will see what I can do.

Has not been solved for me either, i dont have a second CD key on steam and i dont have the season pass checked ingame on the season pass tab.
Ive tried restarting steam, verifying cache and looking on my email in case ubisoft emailed the key.

Just checked support, there are no open request for this problem. If you still have a problem please send email to support_eu@panzar.com and don't forget for steam users please include a char name. Steam account are just a number, without a char name we can't find you.

I hope it won't be taken as spam, but... Not only steam players met the problem.
