Hello folks out there on the forum i need your help to find a solution as the description says i need help to find a way to stop my game from freezing also i noticed lots of people got a problem with crashing i take that is a common problem but for me my critical point might be freezing. every fight i go into it freezes 1 or 2 times only during battles

do you have a good computer? , kinda strange that u freeze only during battle or something like that but can be explained if your computer is at the limit to run the game so he can't follow the battle for reason, that big graphiq, mass people in the same place, this kind of freeze happen a lot in many games when the screen is full of things.

Sounds like RAM or Graphic Card Issue... Can you type your System Information please?

oh sorry i had troubles with getting my tf2 items hijacked i prioritized that first so well.. yeah here is my system info

Intel(R) core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
16.0 GB ram
64-bit operation system

Graphic Card and OS?

got a GeForxe GTX 690 graphic card

and for OS got a windows 7 home premium

EDIT: I dunno really if its panzar i just realized my steam began to freeze time to time and i think that is the problem but not really sure yet.

Then I would suggest to uninstall the Game and Download from Official Homepage. Also check Updates for Drivers especially for Graphic Card. But be aware that your created Accounts with the Steam Version of the Game cannot be transfered to the Non-Steam Version. So you have to start from Beginning with fresh Account. You can try and tell us if that was the Problem. If not install the Steam Version again and play with your Chars again. Good Luck

i'm well aware of that i need to start over if i use their client instead of steam well. I am prepared for that since i got a level 20 before it came on steam
