To be absolutly clear (the price I write down in this post are the ones I see in the webshop, they can vary on every credit card you select)

1) You went to the webshop (by click on ingame gift shop banner), you selected 125 crystals for $6,25 and finished the purchase.
2) You went back to the webshop, you selected for a second time 125 crystals for $6,25 and finished the purchase.
3) you went back again to the shop, you selected for Third time but now 50 crystals for $2,5 and finished the purchase.

I tried to select 2x 125 and do not have that option so please confirm that this is what you did?

You have received 300 crystals that is like you said 2x 125 and 1x 50 and spent them

You bank statements say you payed 2x 2,3€.

And to be clear what you are asking.

You want to get 2,3€ back?

Please provide more info because with everything you have written, I'm missing 4€ that have not been payed yet for the amount of crystals you got.

I went to the webshop by clicking on the in-game gift shop banner. Bought crystals 4 times (4 individual times) because the first purchase of 50 crystals ended up with me getting an error message. 125, 125, 50 and 50. I got 300 crystals but was charged for all 4 purchases. And yes- i'd like to get back 2.30 euros. I've visited that site more just to check any additional options or somesuch but the only purchases i've intended to make were those 4 that i mentioned and so on the same date and roughly at the same time (i don't know if my other visits show up in Your system because the web shop lists each of them as Payment pending even though i didn't want to do anything other than to just see the interface). For me the number that You had circled would be 562950056003542. Also- in my previous messages i only gave You the info for the 50 crystal purchases, as it was those that had the error. Do You also need the info for the 125 crystal purchases ?

I'm guessing that the number i gave to You in my previous post is the one i would have had for all of my purchases. I've gone into the purchase screen a few times now on separate occasions and it's always the same- 562950056003542

So..what now ? End of the road ? Unable to sort this out ?

Still keeping an eye out for any developments. I know it's only 2something euros but i'd rather not let this one event spoil Panzar or f2p games for me.
