hi, I paid premium 7-days today at 14:30, but still not active .. I have always written premium inactive .. why?

Hello there Malachi! I'm sorry for delayed response, and for that you have problems with the payment system. Have you successfully bought the crystals anyway? If you have the crystals at your account, you need to activate the premium by using those crystals. However, if you never received the crystals you bought with real money, please contact directly to xsolla regarding this issue. Either contact xsolla via email support@xsolla.com, or relatively from our netsite after logging in (https://account.panzar.com/en/My). Please let us know about your issue when you have new information!

Hey there again Malachi! In order to use crystals for buying Premium, just click "Premium" right under the experience&crystals icons while logged in to your account. The system will then ask you different options about how many days you want to buy, so just follow those instructions given. Enjoy your premium account!
