Panzar appears to be laggy, when playing together with two other people (in LAN). Other players "slide" around the battlefield etc. Nevertheless we can all run around like usual, block attacks and interact with TNT etc.
Other games runs just perfectly @ 60 ms.

We disabled all Downloads, Background progammes and the peer-to-peer download Setting.

When you're in a LAN your internet connexion is split between every players. It just seem that you don't have enought broadband to play with your friends in good conditions.
What you describe happened to me when I had connexion issues.
