Is anyone else stuck at Scanning 0% when they launch it from steam? this is my first time running it and its doing nothing for a very long time. I have restarted it but I'm now waiting as long as I can and still nothing.

Can you please try to install the game from Panzar.com ?

if you're playing through steam right click Panzar>Properties>File Location>Start. start is the game launcher it's self and will ask you to login and it will update

That is still sticking at scanning 0% after I log in.

Same, I tried the fix posted about scanning the local files, alas to no avail.

So they were notified, anything ever come of it?

I wanted to try this with my friend, his just sits at Scanning 0% and won't get past that. He's tried every fix listed on the 2 threads I found with others reporting this issue and nothing works.

Anybody able to fix this or did you all just give up and move on?

Edit: Seems like it may be a Steam issue, he reinstalled it from the website and got it to work. Now the only issue is all I'm seeing are Russian named players, can't tell what region I'm playing on.

Kilreal how already aswerd is one of the Panzar QM's so they know about it.
