Hello frends
1st of all i want tell that like half year back i played panzar normaly i got few full level characters and game work perfectly ...
now back to problem ... after half year (3 days back) i install panzar again to play and have fun again as i had before ... where is problem ? i try download from web and even from steam but problem is when i start it NOTHING happends ... when i check my processes i see that panzar is opened but nothing happends .... sometimes after 30x starting game it start launcher but that freeze and show me some window that say that there is problem with open updater ... its called:LAYERED FCB UPDATER and it just freeze and say that error when i press ok then it closed and everything again it just stop working... nothing starts or updater freeze in new window ... what do i do ? i want play this game its fun i dont want sit here and be like i cant play ... sorry for my english i am only 14 years old and i dont live in english speaking country ... help pls

4 reasons that I know that can create this problem.

- Antivirus
- Firewall
- Not up to date graphics driver
- Not up to date audio driver

Try adding exceptions for Antivirus and firewall
Try updating graphics and audio driver (get them from the manufacturer)
And for graphics card make sure antialiasing is off

i try everything i update drivers i check if firewall or my antivirus dont block it but nothing helped me ... i dont know i am kinda sad i might format my pc and make it clean hopefully it help ...
game still lunch to launcher then freeze then after 30 + sec start FBC updater witch say that there is problem and it close ...

I don't know if clean install would help

It will not help you now but maybe with some more info we still can help you.

1) launch the game
2) when the game crashes with the error DO NOT RESTART GAME
3) first go to c:\games\panzar\!dmp
4) there should be files there
5) 3 or 4 files will be of your last launch date an time
6) create a zip file of those files and send to support_eu@panzar.com

If we receive them they can be checked and see if we can help you without format your pc.

Okey i send it by email there is 4 files but all 4 got 0 bites so i am bit curious and i cant open them probably dont have right program to open this tipe of file so hopefully you can something read from it and tell me more ...
