Post subject:  (Problem with fullscreen, bad scalling in game) V2

Since the last post was 3 pages long, and no one seemed to want to look at it here is a new post.

Summery of the problem:
When playing in fullscreen you get a black boarder around the screen as shown in the picture bellow
https://www.dropbox.com/s/m6m3gdjpmaxd1 ... 9%2058.jpg
the problem does not seem to be from the computer, or the screen, seeing as we are only experiencing this in Panzar.
Some one was suggesting to try pressing Alt+Enter, but that only itches between fullscreen and windowed.

The only way for me to play atm is to run the game in windowed mode with this software : http://forums.steamgames.com/forums/sho ... ?t=2675769
That make windowed games borderless windowed.

Please Help

Come on you have proof of the problem, is it really that hard to replicate/fix?
And please don't just ignore this, it's REALLY annoying having to play like that...

Greetings Natoyo,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We appreciate your help, however do keep in mind that creating a game and fixing bugs is not an easy work. Sometimes it may seems to be that certain issues are relatively easy to fix and eliminate in theory. In practice it's a lot more complicated and requires some time and resources. I can assure you that our developers working hard to delivery best possible experience in the next patch.

In the meantime, provide us with more details such as your system configuration and monitor resolution, size to help us narrow down the issue.

Greetings everyone,

While we still look into this issue, a workaround has been found. You can try following these steps and see if that helps to resolve the issue

Change your monitor refresh rate to 50 Hz (Used to be 60)
    Click apply (Screen gets smaller)
Change "Overscan" in ATI Catalyst Control Center to "0"
The screen will change again back to 60Hz and the black borders must be eliminated
