Hi
Sorrry for my English. My character is FROST WITCH and I thought until they reach level 9 so I'm much use SIREN SCREAM. But I can not spell choose. So what exactly means "Skils Needed 9"?

Hey sirace666! So the sentence "Skills needed 9" means that you must have unlocked 9 skills. The point is that they don't count your weapon mastery - in your case chakrams so at level 9 you have 8 abilities unlocked. Don't worry  At level 10 you will have new power available. Siren scream and this spin above it are definitely worth of max firstly.Good luck! |

Thanks for the reply. I have a question. Spells must be chosen so that opened up to me or others and I should save them to this point where spells are at a higher level? |

You have a requirement "Skills needed" so you must choose 9th ability before having an opportuninty of choosing tier 2 skills
