I am experiencing the same issue. Everything on the launcher and in the game is in Russian now and there is no dropdown box at the top to switch languages. Hopefully this is something that gets fixed soon.

The langauge files still exist with English translations, the game just isn't using them. I can't find any config files to edit that will make it use the English translations :(

Edit: Actually, after further inspection, I found a line in a file referencing the language. Under the game folder, if you go to USER\Profiles\default and look at attributes.xml, there is a line like this: <Attr name="pnz_language" value="English"/>. I tried deleting that line and it was replaced with <Attr name="pnz_language2" value="ru" /> when i restarted the launcher. I've tried changing "ru" to "en" but that didn't seem to work.

Edit2: I logged in on the website: www.panzar.com and everything in my account area is also now in Russian.

I made some progress and now have a mostly English game client... it looks like some things from the new patch haven't been translated.

** Use this at your own risk **

Here's what I've found out:
<Panzar Game Folder>\Game\Languages\pnz_text_resources.xml is where the text for the client is stored. Since I can't figure out how to get the client to read the English translations, I wrote a php script that replaces all the Russian text with the English translation of the text. The problem now is that the launcher will replace this file if it notices it's been edited. So... for now what I do is run the launcher, log in, let it scan the files, then replace the file with my edited one and click play. If you do this, your game will mostly be in English when it loads up.

Here's a link to the file: http://www.filedropper.com/pnztextresources

I hope this helps so you can play again.

You downloaded the xml file and it's still in Russian?

If that's the case, then my guess is that you replaced the file before running the launcher.

Steps:
1. Run the game
2. Log in, let it scan files
3. Replace the file
4. Click the play button on the launcher

Note: This file will not change the language of the launcher... so that will still be in Russian

You have to follow those steps every time you run the game, unfortunately :( The game checks all the files when you log in, and it will find that the language file has been changed and it will replace it with a new Russian one. That's why you have to replace the file after you log in and let it scan.

Here's an updated link to the new xml file since there was a patch today. I've refined my parsing algorithm so there are more translations converted in this file. There were a few translations missing before.
