Sorry for an offtopic, but just wanted to give a useful tip, regarding graphics cards, in case you weren't aware of it
The video card that you have now is a laptop mobile card which in comparison to a same desktop model is less efficient. On this graphics card (GT series) you will be able to play on mid/low settings, but it is impossible to run it smoothly on highest settings. These graphics cards just simple not designed for gaming
if you want to be able to play Panzar at maximum settings and any other game as well, I suggest that you will take a look at GTX 6xx series of Nvidia graphics cards. I own myself a GTX 680 with additional tweak and I am able to play every game on maximum settings, not only Panzar.
In general if you are unsure about all these confusing GT, GTX, GTS, take a look at the Nvidia website to get an explanation about it

If you see a "m" letter after the graphics card model e.g. GTX 660m, that means that this is mobile gaming graphics card. While it should be able to run games on high settings, keep in mind that it is a laptop graphics card, which is still "weaker" in comparison to desktop version.
Regarding the video gameplay, specifically "Back to 90s graphics". I believe that's not necessarily the case, where you need to have highest graphics to make videos. Many of my friends play on "Back to 90s" not because their computers cannot handle it (in many cases they are even better than mine), but the reason for that is a clear view on each ability and its area of effect. Perfect example: Tank's shield. With highest graphics it does look cool, but it's pretty hard to see the actual border line. on back to 90s you can clearly see where it ends. So I wouldn't be worried to much about the way the game looks in the video.
Maybe not on this map, but on many other maps it is really crucial to build such "fortress" with Tesla poles and cannons
And if you have 2 gunners and 2 sappers you are pretty much unbreakable
