I have question about amulet of movement speed. Is it giving you overall more movement speed, or only for sprint ?
And also, can i run longer distance with same amount of energy or the same distance but just faster ? (While wearing the amulet)
And i got also question about upgrading armor. What is the possibility to hit maximum ? I have had it to the red, but not to the maximum.
Is it same like in the old system to get one armor piece to +10, or +20 ?

Movement speed also is faster with walking. (I know it because I walk a little faster on inqui with amulet than any other guys except other inquis with amulets.)
And yes you can sprint farther because it doesn't cost you more energy to sprint with amulet, than without. And as u run faster u can run farther.( Atleast I hope so, I'm not sure about this..)

Don't know about the upgrade though.

I can answer the other questions

I had only once hit Maximum from 300 chances. So the chance to hit Maximum is <1%. It is a good System or there would all have the same stats running around. Just collect enough Gold and try hitting the Maximum like winning the Lottery. The higher it gets, the higher gets your hearths beat
You can get your Items +20 like in the old System but now far easier. I have already 2 Items on +20 on my Paladin.
