With this small community they can't really afford to have alot of employees I think. So they probably want to do something else in the weekends too

Hi all..
I have a problem..i have 3 character on my account. My first is lvl 11 (Berserk) and other two is lvl (4 and 2). Today I did 11 lvl with my main character. I thought I'd get a lvl 5 crystals. But nothing happened and I did not get any crystals, even though the account I do not have a character with a higher lvl.
So my question is, what is wrong?

There are so far no other reports of this type of problem. Is it possible you had another higher level caracter which you deleted?

5 Crystal is not so important, but it is a principle. Yes on my account was one charackter with lvl 11, but it was removed. Start of deleting the character was before the update.

What happens is, the system still carries the trace of your highest level character (doesn't matter when you deleted him) and will only start delivering crystals when you reach a level higher than the deleted character had. so if I understand correctly, your new character is now lvl 11, so when you get to 12, you should receive 5 crystals for the level up.
