Sooooo how many teams from each race then ? 2 ? If there are 2 teams, the already elected leader will chose a 2nd lead that will chose the members of the second team and lead it or will he make the 2nd team himself and then decide who will lead it ?

I think one team of each race will be enough. No matter how you turn the tables, all leaders chosen will get their strongest top 10 for their race.
Yes, undergeared or underskilled people have a disadvantage at the moment, but it's not a fashion tournament.
Even if there is imbalance between different races, you would still need the best 10 people representing that race to have the best chances of winning.
Next time, we can think of a tournament, where everyone can participate no matter what, and be able to make it fair.

But we thought about this before the steam announcement came, so it is unlikely that there are people from steam who already play at their full potential.

In short : One team of each race, choose the best top 10.

I'm not sure if everyone agrees with my opinion, but i'm pretty sure the leaders of each team has full responsibility of who to pick, and they can do it in either way they want.
As bayan said, it's not a panzar tournament, it's a tournament made by the community, so all the power relies with the community ^^

Hi all.
Today we finish the tournament season last battle ROUND X of the CHAMPIONSHIP.
I want to determine how much time we need to prepare to the "The Great Tournament Four Races".
I think a week, or maximum of two week is enough.
Queen Bee support to hold the tournament on weekend.
I suggest either 14.12.2013 or 21.12.2013.
How do you think we'll be ready?

Hi All. I have question from Qween Bee
Queen Bee wrote:
Can you send me details of points system structure?

What u think about this final idea.
Of course we need pre-rounds if we will have more then 1 team in someone race.
Ok points system:
We will have 3 Rounds. After end each rouns winning team have 1 point.
After 3 Rouns we summ winning points and distribute winning places.
If there is no clear result we need final battle.
The final battle to 3 victories on small maps and reveal the winners I II II IV place.

Ok my question to u again D
1. What u think about this final idea.
2. And which maps we must play.

I dont add one interesting big map Orc Burgwall we can swap Alchemists’ Citadel may be?
I think we have no opportunity to play a lot of maps. We will be a long and difficult day.

The average time played on the map 20min.
That one round will take 2h 20min. This is bad.
Total duration of the tournament is roughly 8h.
We must do something.

I think that system will be the easiest to manage. It will also be easier and take really less time with only one team representing the race.
I think it would be cool to keep the role play for that tourny. for ex : match orc vs elves would be on Siege of the swamp fort(assuming elven map would be siege but I really don't know what map is themed for them ^^) and orc burgwall. Dwarves vs humans -> Citadel and Dwarven quarry etc.. It would reduce a bit the time taken for each round and could have some background.

EDIT : I don't mind having a LOOOOOOOONG tournament :)

Yes different maps can be beneficial for some races or not.
We can try to find balance between maps and play tournament in one day.

Or we can divide tournament on 2 days. Add Orc Burgwall map and play Day 1 Round 1-2 next Day 2 Round 3 and final.
I dont know will support the administration of tournament play 2 days.
