So regarding the Critical strike amulet.. Does it work while healing? Been using it, but I don't really see any difference. Just hope that I didn't craft it for nothing.

Yes Critical amulet work for healer then u fight or healing your teamates (u heal more). But i think this amule not useful at this time only then u can have all 6 amule. I think more important attack speed amule u healing faster))

Agree with YaChaos, and the most important amuls for paladin are mastery and regen. Why mastery? You heal more, why regen? Regen amul + your healing powder make selfhealing very, very fast.
