I told you I wanted to help so here my suggestions. The choice is for the community but I started on working out some way to make this work. There are 2 ways to start en 3 ways to play this kind of tournament. Of course everything depends on the number of Teams that are going to be playing.

2 ways to Start
1)
The first way to start is with 4 clans with 1 or more teams of every race. (Pros: it is really divide and no pre knowledge about the other races. Cons: you lose a view of how is online, training can only be done on preset times.)

2)
The second way is to play with 1 clan with 4 or more Race teams. (Pros: you can see everyone that is online of all races, Team commanders can create training match when they want with the people online. Cons: There will be now surprise how is playing against how it will be known.)

If you want the voting to be successful I think you need do 2 thinks, add a line to the 4 clan post. This is the line I suggest: - Please stated clearly if you are a candidate by posting you candidacy with the line "I <in game name> am a candidate for the Human Clan" -
And the second is on the day the voting start really use the Poll option in the forum.

3 ways to play
1)
Like on the RU server first create pre round between race so the best Humans, Orcs, Elves and Dwarfs compete in a single elimination round.


2)
A double Elimination round for every team (my example is with 2 teams for every race)


3)
A Ribbon Round Elimination (Point system loser get 0 point winner 2 point) For every race, the one with the max point will finish with a double elimination. (again based on a 2 team start for every race.)

I hope all races will fight against any other race. We can do this by the following:
We can make a points system with a group fase, only there is one group, because we have 4 races.

Orcs
Elves
Dwarfs
Humans

Then basically the fights would be :

ROUND 1
orcs vs elves
dwarfs vs humans


ROUND2
Orcs vs humans
Elves vs dwarfs

ROUND3
Orcs vs dwarfs
Elves vs humans

For every win you will get one point. If you lose u get nothing.
2 Highest teams fight the finals, and the 2 lowest fight for the third place.
If the second and third team have the same points before the qualification rounds, they must fight one domination map to decide who goes to finals.

what about using potions? in RACIAL tournament they bring big imbalance(i hope, that i mustn't explain why)

Yes we are going to need pre-rounds if there are more than 2 teams from the same race.
