Hey hihihiok!

We're happy to hear there's interest towards the game from NA region as well! Currently there are no public plans for NA-specific servers, but provided the EU launch is a success, it would certainly make sense. Meanwhile, I hope you'll be able to take part in the EU games; best chance for this is to play when most Europeans are active, which would be in the evenings, i.e. noon to early afternoon in NA.
Also from what we hear from other players, it looks like the lag brought by the long connection isn't a major issue either, so hopefully you'll soon get to experience Panzar! :)

Alright sounds great! I was also gunna suggest tho, would guy mind adding a better way to connect to game? Maby sort of like where players can create and host there own servers and alls the active servers would be in a long list wich would display for example how any players are on that server like 0/20 where 20 represents maximum amount of players allowed on that server at all times and 0 represents how many are on at the current time. And you would also be allowed to name the server to what you please! Its a common format or atleast over hear in NA it is and it works very well! It usually very liked from what i have seen. It could also possibly clear up some of these connection issues for us here in NA! Much appreciated! :D I plan on posting as much suggestions and bugs as i can while im able and not occupied by other things like work and family. I expect and have seen great things in this game! And who knows maby one day i might be able to get a job with you guys! As i am currently learning modeling, animateing and other such game makeing tools in college! Talk to you later!

It's awesome to see such enthusiasm! :)

For now there are no major changes being planned with the connection system or server mechanics, but I'll make sure to record your suggestion for future reference. I'll also look forward to your future contributions; make sure to use the "Feedback & Suggestions"-forums to its full effect! :)

I think a server list system would be detrimental to this game. Right now, the matchmaker doesn't have a lot of people to choose from, but when the population is larger, it actually tries to make well-balanced teams without an overload of any specific class. With a server system, if people leave, then others can join in randomly. With the queue system, the game can find a suitable replacement. It can also replace players much faster than waiting on a random person to join your game.

Also, in a server list system, being down a player (or more) isn't fun. Something other games do to help this problem is an autobalance feature, but autobalance really sucks. I hated autobalance in GW2. You spend all your time helping your team win, then people on the enemy team leave and you get autobalanced to the losing team... and if you were playing with a friend, you may get autobalanced to the opposite team from them. A LOT of players complained about this feature...it just wasn't fun.

I think maybe that system works well for shooters (you see that system in a lot of shooter games), but for these games, I don't think it works well.

It would be nice if you could select what game modes you would like to queue for...or maybe even specific maps. Right now I think the population is too low and being able to select specific maps/modes would further divide the population, but maybe in the future it can be an option.

From our experience on Russian servers i may assure you that matchmaking system works fine in most cases. We still in development some features for it like match limits for one class and player rank for better balancing. Even in prime time we have good search time results (20 sec - 1 min) on Russian servers. I'm sure that this problems will gone next month or so.

I'm also a NA player. While I absolutely love the game, it's impossible to find a game due to the time difference.

Lag doesn't seem to be an issue, but waiting for games is rough.

I also am NA. I have a level 7 gunner, got to say I am loving the game so far. Server wern't too hard to find 1-4. 4-9 is 5-15 minute wait unless I get in the rotation. I am scared to hit level 10 seeing how the waits might be super long.

Another NA player here. Been streaming a bit of the game over the weekend. One of the only aspects of playing WoW (cause all my friends played) that I enjoyed was the battlegrounds. This has that feel but better. =)

The one thing that I would like to see if we ever get the NA side of things is possibly a linking between EU and NA or a way to transfer characters some way. Obviously if/when an NA server came out I would want to be playing on it but wouldn't want to lose my progress.

Planning to put together a team also... have a few players from the AirMech community joining me
