I'm not 100%, but in most cases this occurs when the payment that was processed has been reversed. This will cause the system (or admins) to deduct the reward from you.

What happened here? I'm guessing a chargeback took back all the cash?

It appears you purchased plenty over $100 USD worth of Crystals.
Perhaps Panzar Studios needs to implement verification in order to stop stuff like this.

The negative crystals work to prevent scams, but in the short-term I think its quite the benefit that should be stopped.

IE a player could buy a bunch of crystals, boost up, and thus causing others to benefit / not benefit, then the player charges back - thus helping others when the reality is they had no permission to do so in the first place.

Ok so my problem is that i cant add any skill points and also i cant but anything from the shop, Im assuming the problem is because ive got -3200 cristals 0o, a lot ppl got this problem and i didint see any post about it from the devs. (cuz they dont give a f**** about the game)

I exactly know whats happen, Ive had same shitty problem I boughts 30 crystals but they send me 3000+ I said "wow thx its some kind of bonus? or prize but nevermind im happy for it" 3 days later they took all the crystals and even more, now i cant add skill points or buy anything from the normal gold shop. And noone answering our questions on forum, seems its "ghost game" next crappy developer ehh

Try to write email to support. I have never read about problem like this on russian server
