It wasn't not only two different accounts, it was also 2 different players (girlfriend of sinswey). Also removing the account of sinswey.girl wouldnt be neccessary (plz change this...).

Dear Sir or Madam!

Im writinig to you with big dissapoint about how you treated me.

Today I found out that my profil WAS DELETED!!

I dont understand it!! I was playing only in my clan HONESTY!

Profiles sinswey, -SinsweFrost-, LordSinswey ARE NOT MINE!!!

These are my boyfriend accounts and i have even different IP my PC...

I feel really sad because I really give all my heart with doing this account,

I even had bought premium account via cristals and now you deleted my account I'm asking WHY
I spend hours doing my eq and now all my work worth nothing?

I have never been treated like that... I really liked playing Panzar and now I feel so dissapointed.

I've never change my clan or something.

Please make some research about my situation

I hope that ALL MY WORK, CRISTALS and EVERYTHING I HAVE MADE will be return to me soon because I felt touched and hurted by your people.

Dear Sinswey Girl,

Your account has not been deleted, nor would Panzar Admin proceed with any such manoeuvres. In cases of severe rules breach, accounts are simply permanently banned.

I have verified your char name in the system and it confirms that account Sinswey.Girl exists, and as specified in another post by Panzar Admin, that Sinswey.Girl is a separate account to that of Sinswey.



If you are having issues logging in to your account, we recommend you contact support@panzar.com - don't forget to make sure your login details are correct as well as your password. You would be surprised how many errors are made at this stage.

And also I have checked the Sinswey.Girl. account for bans. There are no bans on the account history. This means that the account has not been banned now or in the past.

Please also note that Panzar offices are closed from 17.00 CET Friday until 8.00 CET Monday. The only bans implemented over the weekend are chat bans - which allow players to play just not to use chat options.
