Hey everyone. Just a couple quick questions for the developer's or anyone can answer regarding the US Server. 1. Is their dates or time frames as to when you will create the forums on the US site, implement tournaments for crystals, and assign a community manager. 2. Are players being sorted to the US server automatically from steam?? -Devastator |

I suppose. Also if you guys could change the bonus xp time for Americans that would be great. Its currently 12:30 am to 10 am or something like that for Pacific Mountain Time or west coast. I dont know if that was intentional, although many players are disagreeing with it from my understanding. |

I think the time is just set appropriately for the Russian community, looks like it is about 2-3 hrs moved back from the 'right' hours of a night in Europe. |

Thanks for the report. I'll discuss this with my colleagues. I'll try to include the time move into patch 33. |

There is a problem with downloading the correct version for NA. If downloaded from the Panzar site we end up with the EU/Soviet Union version. We have to only download from Steam to get the NA version. This caused a lot of NA players to think it is laggy and not working properly because they are automatically playing on an overseas server and they also can't team with or friend anyone in the US on the NA server |

On steam your region settings in stream deturmen on what server you end up. (IF YOU CONNECT ONCE YOU CAN'T CHANGE REGION IN STEAM) From the panzar site in the upper left corner you can see Region set to Russia, Europe and USA to the one you want to connect to. Press play and install the game, for the region of you choice. So please confirm you have choosen Region = USA and you are playing on the EU server. How do you know on what server you are. In chat, If you see only russian your on the russian, if you see multipley language in the dropdown list is EU if you only have 1 global Chat your on the US. |

In Patch 33, just make is so there is a large noticable USA, EU, or RU SERVER symbol somewhere on the character select page. That would solve a lot of confusion problems. Every day in chat someone does not know why they cannot add their friend to friendslist, even though they downloaded at same time, and the answer is always the same. One of them is on the wrong server. It's too easy to confuse. The fact that you even need to download the entire client again to get on the other server is also troublesome. Most gamers are used to a selection screen for servers, or some system like that. Just add something that tells the player what server they are on. Also, I agree with the bonus exp. I live in Eastern Time Zone (EST) and at night the double exp is no where near. No one has any incentive to play at night because it's set for the wrong timezones, lol. |

Thanks for bringing that up for us killreal. I know it's discouraging to a lot of new players ATM. If there is information regarding timelines of the community being set up that would be great. I also hear a lot of talk about servers. Just to ask is the North American Server based in America? If so.. Where at? I know how the merge works now just asking if there is a server in our country for when we have enough players on our client... |
