Panzarians,

As most of you know the crystal division from tournament played on 3th Sep and 6th Sep have not been distributed yet. Like I have been telling on personal chat and on global chat is that at the Studio there is only one person authorized or appointed to distribute the crystals.

Last week everyone at the Studio was very busy and the guy didn't find the time to distribute the crystals. With some bad luck that guy is sick this week and hopefully he will be back by the end of the week.

Due to the crystals guy being unavailable the crystals from the 10th Sep and 13th Sep tournament are also not distributed yet.

I took step and asked the Studio to create a backup person for the distribution of crystals but all the argument that were presented where not enough. So for the future it will remain 1 guy that is responsible for the finance and crystals.

That mean we have to wait for his return to get the crystals. Now some will say there is a rule that is write the the crystals will come in 15 days after the event. So that would mean that the crystals from the 3th should come on the 18th.
BUT
For those that read the rule carefull it's said that crystal distribution can take up to 15 days, so meaning that from day 1 to day 15, that is NORMAL distribution. That also means that crystal that come after 15 day are just late.

I know this is not what you want to hear, I took the time to talk and answer your question and argue with the Studio I also know that there will be a lot of complaints, please understand that it will not change at this time.

That leaves me with 2 option on which you can vote.

Thanks to you to keep the community informed about the most dangerous topic on panzar (Crystals).

I think that as a rule, some players will understand and an other not.

Thank you for Information, its not new for me, and also not the first time that we must wait some week's for crystall, cause the crystal guy is busy/holiday or anythink else.

Best way to earn money from players that gain crystals in tourneys, is to not give them any crystals at all, lol

Sorry for the delay, I can't seem to get a hold on my contact who take care off the list I send to the Studio.

I'm trying again to get someone else to help me at the Studio, I asked again to make a fix distribution schedule. Every tuesday for crystals from past week and every friday for gold league pre battle.

I will try again like have have been doing every day since last thursday to get those crystals.
