Queen Bee I've invited 5 new friends to Panzar over the last week and they all quit within a day or 2 because of que times. 2 of them qued for over 2 hours without even entering a single game. I know it's not an easy fix but new players are forced to either buy crystals to buy their levels or drop the game without giving it a chance. We can't afford to loose new players like this!

Duno what I'm expecting you to do lol ... Just thought I'd make you aware of my friends problems.

A friend of mine has suggested lowing the number of players needed to maybe 5v5 on some of the smaller starter maps at least so more games are running.
Maybe even some BOT games in the low levels so people can still level, collect mats and get an idea what Panzar's all about?

Something defo needs to be done because at the moment forcing new players to level with crystals will kill an amazing game.

I've called 3 friends to in game from real life and they left to for same reason...
The suggestion about minimap already have done but they didnt create any yet.

As Tank class and 20 lvl i join very easy in games espacialy in EU times till 12 CET+2 sometimes i get instantly in game
so suggest your friends to play evening hours (EU time) and make other class coz gunners/Bers/INQs are too many in server already and system gets hard to create game if there are all ppl on same class

I played with my Sister of Fire lvl 4 this morning.

Every 2 min I had a game.

I do hope you can get your friends back to the game we really need more players.

It all depends on the time when you are online. I think Sunday mornings after 9:30 has a good success rate to get games at starting lvl.



If you are in a Clan that accepts starting lvl and for practice reason you can be a commander you can play any map you want, 1vs1 to 10vs10 max waiting time is 5 min, the down side to this is that you don't get any exp and no resources.

White Wolf, your Suggestion for new Players isn't satisfying. You can only train and learn how to play. But new Players need EXP, Resources and Gold. I just made a LvL 1 Char (Paladin cuz should get in game very quickly) to try it out how long the waiting Queue is... Guess what? I waited more than 1 hour and no Game started... How does Panzar expect to get more Players like this?

Panzar Studio already answered that is can or will be soon.

I'm also trying to get answer, I have been read on the forum, I'm even going through the Archived post but I'm not online all the time and just been appointed a Moderator for 1 full week now. I have no control over the decision at Panzar Studio, I have been asked to go through the forum check for bad language and relay post that need extra or faster attention. I do hope players see that I'm doing that.
I tried the let everyone know about the unannounced update 31.6 before tournament started, that was not an instruction from Panzar that was my own decision to post it.

The question that I want a correct answer to is how does the queuing system really works, this is a question that I see mostly every day in global chat. Like how many groups are there to start with some say 2 some say 3 some say 4. how are the lvl divided like some say 1-5 6-11 12-20 some say 1-6 7-14 14-20 I even seen this combination 1-5 1-10 6-11 5-15 10-20 12-20.

If I know anything that is to be relayed to the community I'll post it. If you have direct questions I will put in the effort that it is known by Queen Bee.
