I have been getting a feeling lately that in some matches there is no effect of amulets for attackspeed and runspeed, I asked a few friend-zerks and they told me that they get the same feeling.

Plus on Alchemists map when I try to jump on the second point from citadel side or jump on the balcony then some times the height isn't enough, but when odds are in my favor I fly to the point/balcony

Would like devs to check those things

I'm going to use this topic to suggest reducing the cost to craft amulets. They cost way too much for the bonuses they give!
