Hi all,

Ok so I've suffered badly from Panzar crashing without an error message for weeks now. I bothered to save all my log files and sent them off to support twice now without any reply / help what so ever. Now with the Spirit Stones bug in the last update the games pretty much a waste of time. I pay for a premium account so I can support the game I enjoy playing and I just don't feel like I'm getting value for money.

You've got a great game here but your support sucks. If you get ya support wrong then you'll loose players and money.

I'd really appreciate a reply from an admin to help as I'm close to quitting.

I wonder what are they doing there in Studio Panzar. Think about it - they can't solve
simple problem. Are those ghosts really that neccesary? Even without it the game
was crashy, but now it's just not playable. I know some players that are using this all the time,
and when I see them - I must leave. People are pissed.

And because you paid, you can feel a little bit... cheated?
And no, I don't think we will get any response.

They always need time to response. At least someone should look at Forum once a Day. If noone responds from Panzar Studio, players feel like they are cheated. A good Support is always informing their Custormers in the first 24h.

If anyone bothered to read the other threads about the Soulstone crashes - they would know that if they put their graphic settings on a lower level, the game wouldn't crash. It's a problem with player computers unable to handle the graphics of the Soulstone.

When this damned Spirit stones get activitated game crash by more than 80% of the players by that game.

Last time i was alone on the game becouse someone use spirit stone at the spawn point.
It was funny the first days but know it isn`t.

Haloween is over so delete it.

And setting PC grafics down is none option becouse i can play without problems Battelfield 4 and so on and that game neesd more grafic recources like panzar

I'm playing on worst graphics because that's the best option for paladin. I can play on higher, but it doesn't matter - the game is crashing anyway.
My mate tried everything, and you can't just tell us that so many players have bad PC.

And as Gandalf DerGeile said - the Halloween is over - we don't need it any longer.

btw got a friend witch play in years 90 and still crash with ghost !

perhaps that's work for some people but the bug is still doesn't fixed.

and some dumb people use them for making players to crash ...

Queen Bee so your answer to the Spirit Stone bug is to run the game on the lowest settings ? I mean really ? On even the mid settings you can't see Ice on the floor and Sky Fire area effect... I have an I7, 8gig ram and a half decent gfx card. My rig pretty much runs anything I throw at it apart from badly coded FX.

I've lowered my gfx to the 2nd lowest and I'm still crashing. If I wana play on 8bit gfx I'll set my Nintendo up...

Like others have said, do we really need these sh*t things in game ? Surely you should of updated the game within a day of all the crashes and removed them... It's been over a week now and we still have to put up with it. People will defo use them in the up and coming torni and all hell will break out. My advice is Panzar crew need to pull their fingers out and get things sorted.

As I stated before the customer service / tec support seems shocking. I'm a premium player and after a good few e-mails over the last 2 weeks I've heard nothing back. I'll forward my crash files and keep my fingers crossed you can get me some answers.
