The first step to creating a clan/team is completed, we get closer to tournament. We have identified the leaders and people who are willing to participate.
I ask all leaders to create a post in the Panzar English Forum - General Panzar Discussion (Orcs Clan, Humans Clan, Elves Clan, Dwarves Clan - for example), so we could see the ppl who join in team (update in the first post important information).
If the vote is not revealed leader or have a difference of opinion, please solve them amicably. We are all different, we speak different languages, divide responsibilities, find a reason to be together, we need to get really strong teams.
Your main enemies are not those ppl who play the same classes with you, your main enemies is opposing classes. D

How it will be? Races will get a temporary clan, or enaugh to make a team? Cause i have a clan, maybe we can make all teams in one clan.
Maybe a Clan witch have a good name, will make an offer.

Yeah, I think we need to create special clans for each race (dont worry if you need help, I'll create a clan for you).
For example, "The Power of Green Monkeys" or "The Expendables Dwarves."

After the vote for clan leaders (voting start on Tuesday or Wednesday i think) leaders will have to create a topic in the Panzar English Forum/General Panzar Discussion Forum where they will collect the ppl, for all to see who will represent the race on Tournament in this thread and will also we all can send information who want be in team in this topic.
Of course you can also create specialized closed conference for clan and recruit people in the GameMenu. But plz update the list of participants for all to see.
