1) I've had a few matches that have started and finished with an obvious AFK member. With no way to /kick or /remove them from the group. It'd be nice if there was a kick vote option.

2) At the end of the match, when you see everyone's names and score, it'd be helpful if there was a way to invite as a friend from that screen. Like click to invite, on both sides. As it is, we now have to remember or write down if there are multiples, or odd spellings.

Just a couple ideas.

To 1) There is a Automatic AFK Kicker integrated in the Game. If anyone is AFK for 5 Mins he/she will be kicked out of the Match.
To 2) Would be a nice feature!

Actually you can invite a player to friendship after a battle while looking at the list. Just click for info about the performance of the player you want to invite and then you see a button 'invite' or sth like that

If I'm right they were working on something to vote and kick a player, isn't it ?
