 Health Regen hey I was just wondering if there was any way to get health regen as a Tank, just curious

Re: Health Regen there are no such runes on the ground that would regen your hp, only for manna
only hp regen amulet or paladin

Re: Health Regen before the update 32 it regenerated everything.
But I think that changed it doesn't regen you hp anymore.
I could be wrong but I'll test it again.
