Looks like an overheated graphic card. Can you check/monitor the temperatures while playing?
Does this only happen on the one map? Did this happen before, maybe in other games as well? Did you change ANYthing before this happened?

I had something like this not so long time ago. Maybe it wasn't that big issue, but still.. interesting. On the Expanse of Mists map, the firemage's weapon was kind of lengthened. But actually not the weapon was that long but whatever action was it doing, there was something like you show going out of one end of the weapon always, it wasn't disturbing at all as it was like 3 milimetres wide. Never happened to me before and after. I think I can have screenshots of that, I'll search for them later.

If you have GeForce videoboard installed try to use these actions as a workaround:

    - open 'NVIDIA Control Panel' window
    - select '3D settings' => 'Manage 3D settings' => 'Program Settings'
    - select a program to customize: 'Panzar\Bin32\PnzCl.exe' (in case you have 32-bit OS) or 'Panzar\Bin64\PnzCl.exe' (in case you have 64-bit OS)
    - find in main window 'SLI rendering mode' and set 'Force alternate frame rendering 2'
    - apply changes and restart computer

Had something like that once too. The weapons of all players were 'reflecting' in the same style as in the screenshots. I just had to restart the game, then it was fine again.
