Hello. I have a similar issue. So far i've sent two messages via the support system, the first one being more than a week ago and no response
My issue is the following
What my bank tells me- i've bought two sets of 50 crystals and two sets of 125 crystals.
What i wanted to do- buy two sets of 125 crystals and one set of 50 crystals.
What i have received in-game: 300 crystals, which have been spent.
During one of the purchases i had some sort of error message about not being able to process the request or somesuch.
I'm playing the game via Steam and got to the purchase page via clicking on the Friend Gift Webshop in-game. I don't know what else to tell You other than that my characters name is Tombadil and my Steam user is kingsquirrel89. Is there any way i could get my 2something euros back for one of those 50 crystal purchases ? This happened on the 6th of November.

If you mad a purchase you should also get a invoice number.

I need that number,

You find it on the mail you received (this is optional when purchasing)
Or you should find the number on your bank statement.

I hope that these are the ones You mean. Not a native english speaker so i don't know what "invoice number" stands for i banking (the "ui" is in my mothertongue). There's another number that i could send (that isn't part of my personal banking info) but that one has a few letters in front of it

We cannot find the number of your payment in our system. Probably it just has not been delivered to us yet. Please address your payment operator: Xsolla, if you use the game client downloaded from panzar.com, or Steam, if you play through it.

I do play through Steam but as i said- i got to the the crystal buying page by clicking on the Friend Gift Webshop banner in-game. The game minimized and a tab opened in my browser. Who do i contact in that case ?

Xsolla claimed to not deal with Panzar. Makes no sense when i tried to buy more crystals to see whos payments service i would use and it was Xsolla. However my bank account thells me that a company called Trustpay received my money- does this makes sense at all ?

I contacted Trustpay and they responded to me with this information. Maybe we can sort this out, as i do really like the game but this whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
