I have one or two questions for now that my russian friend cannot answer ( I'm sad I thought RUs were omnicient )

So:
-When I reached level 10 I was really happy to get that 3rd and last powder to become the ultimate aura wearer (tadaaa!!!!!)
But I was kinda disappointed when reading the strength aura, I see 0 attack.
So could anyone explain to me what it does mean? I mean the entire skill , what does it do? (with number please =) )

-Second Question, I can see that for level 10 gear that I need something called MeAb that my friend translated as steel and I tried to craft it as the same other components (aka the ones that have 40% chances of succeeding) but I couldn't find it, and I havent looted any, Could anyone explain to me where to get those?

1) Description bug. Yellow powder grants attack speed buff.
2) This is copper bar (медь). This is a base resource and it drops from lvl11

Another question, is the amount of health healed increased by the masteries?
I was wondering wether to increase more my healing power (THe basic one) or getting this mastery+health skill (400 health and 150 mastery) considering it may make sense to increase furthermore my survivability but I don't want to sacrifice my precious skill points for something that would be obsolete in some levels

Yes. Also Mastery (Мастерство) affects damage and damage from skills.
